DINING ROOM MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR NO. 10 WATER RESTAURANT MANAGER POSITION INCLUDE:
- Supervision and training of staff in casual fine dining setting
- Commitment to quality service and guest relations
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Assisting Owners in successfully increasing sales through the implementation of effective, ongoing marketing endeavors
- Opening and closing shifts
- Involvement in the successful execution of scheduled functions/banquets (outside of daily restaurant operations)
- Building and maintaining a positive team environment among staff
- Leading daily cleaning efforts to maintain sanitation standards
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Genuine “ownership mentality” with strong training/coaching skills, a keen understanding of the importance of being customer oriented, and the ability to drive sales to the restaurant through effective marketing
- Strong organization skills
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Restaurant business development experience
- Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a full service restaurant with strong understanding of casual fine dining settings
- Previous experience as a server, host, or bartender
- Positive, fun-loving, warm personality with the ability to consistently be an effective team leader
SALARY:
Compensation commensurate with experience
