
Reservations
In order to accommodate your schedule, we recommend booking spa services as far in advance of your arrival as possible. A credit card number and phone number are required when making your reservation.
Cancellations
We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single treatments, and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments and packages. For groups and large parties we require a deposit and a 7 day cancellation notice. Fifty percent of the value of the service will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. No-shows will result in one hundred percent charge of services.
Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled and the full amount for the treatment will be applied.
Etiquette
Please turn off cell phones, pagers and refrain from holding loud conversations so that you and other spa clients can fully enjoy the peace and quiet escape the spa offers.
Gratuities
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based upon your satisfaction with the services you receive. Guests often use a 15-20% gratuity as a guideline. A 20% service charge will be added to all spa packages, spa parties, and parties with multiple bookings.
Gift Certificates
Spa gift certificates may be purchased by phone or online.

Our Spa menu offers a healthy selection for a light meal, snacks and beverages.
Refund Policy
